With all the CastleVania drawings,
humor, fandom, hater-boiling, and Slogra worshipping, one thing lacking
here for many a year was an actual review for the CastleVania III game
itself. How ridiculous is that?! Anyway, as far as the history of reviews
at DCTP goes, the first was "The other CastleVania III"
on CastleVania Legends in 1998. It was followed a year later by the Dracula
X Soundtrack review below it, and so on. Before being consolidated in
RIIBYU DESU in the Miscellaneous section, they were lone Miscellaneous
section links.
The addition of the first REAL
CVIII review, around the time the site was supposed to be packing up and
leaving, spawned a whole new front section of the site, REVIEW. Brief
as it was, Andy Costello's CastleVania III review was a very fitting review.

Vampire Killer Dracula X CD Review!
I was once a member of the online club names The Birds
of Prey. My identities were BoP Slogra in 1997-98 and Bop SlogRaptor in
1999. Here's the review of the Dracula X Blood's Rondo double CD, written
for one of their issues. This HTML file was also 'specially designed'
to be later used as part of The CastleVania Dungeon. Reported June 1999.

The earlier Legends review was rather stale reading compared
to what I was recently capable of, so I decided to go back in and fine
tune it with this 8 page+ beast. Reported September 2000.
I must have
been nuts when I requested a 3D CastleVania : A 'CastleVania 64' Review
It'd be pretty cool if I had a review of NU CastleVania, too, as the NU64
game desperately needs to be ripped to shreds as much as Legends. Still
can't beleive I spent over $50 on that stinker on 2-2-1999...

X68000, is well handled by The
